Some states regulate or prohibit hemp-derived cannabinoid products. Where shipment is not permitted, we will cancel and refund the order before fulfillment. The list below is reviewed regularly as laws change.

We currently do not ship to: Alabama (AL), Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), California (CA, certain product types), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), Wisconsin (WI). Some counties and cities also restrict kratom; orders there may be canceled. Final list pending legal review.

If your state is not listed but local ordinances restrict purchase, you remain responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
