Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once handed to the carrier, standard delivery is 3-5 business days within the contiguous US. Expedited options are offered at checkout where eligible.
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on destination, weight, and service selected. Tracking is emailed once a label is generated.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying domestic orders over a threshold shown at checkout. Restrictions apply for ineligible states or oversized parcels.
State and local laws on hemp-derived products vary. Some items cannot ship to restricted states. If you place an order to a destination we cannot fulfill, we will reach out and refund the item before shipment.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International availability will be announced if and when import rules permit.
If your tracking stops updating or the package arrives damaged, email contact@ncseaweed.com within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will work with the carrier to resolve and reship or refund as appropriate.
Returns
Because hemp products are regulated and consumable, returns are limited to unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened items are non-returnable for safety and compliance reasons.
Email contact@ncseaweed.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with instructions and a return address. Do not ship items back before we authorize the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not currently process direct exchanges. The fastest path is to return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or refund the order at no additional cost.
