Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sea Weed. Because our products are hemp-derived items intended for consumption, and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain a strict return policy. Please read it carefully before ordering.

All sales are generally final

For safety and compliance reasons, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned or resold. By placing an order you acknowledge this.

Eligible returns

We accept returns only for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, requested within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@ncseaweed.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items

Opened or used products; products with broken or missing safety/tamper seals; clearance or final-sale items; and gift cards.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders to restricted states

If you place an order that cannot lawfully be shipped to your destination, we will cancel and refund it before fulfillment. See our Compliance & Legal page for current shipping restrictions.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. Orders that cannot be age-verified may be canceled and refunded.
