Shipping Policy

Sea Weed ships within the United States only, and only to destinations where hemp-derived products are permitted by law. We want your order to arrive safely and on time — please review the details below.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. An adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery.

States we cannot ship to

Due to state laws governing hemp-derived cannabinoids, we currently do not ship to: Alabama (AL), Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), California (CA — certain product types), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Massachusetts (MA), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Mississippi (MS), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Hampshire (NH), New York (NY), North Dakota (ND), Oklahoma (OK), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Dakota (SD), Utah (UT), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), Wisconsin (WI). Some counties and cities impose additional restrictions; orders to those localities may be canceled. This list is reviewed regularly as laws change.

If you place an order to a restricted destination, we will cancel and refund it before fulfillment.

Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages

Sea Weed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, or for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase hemp-derived products from Sea Weed.
